12th MIPCOM BUYERS AWARDS - Another historic recognition
For 11 years MIPCOM has been celebrating Japanese Drama content along with MIPCOM buyers jury members and the well known presenter from Fresh TV, Virgina Mouseler, the co-founder of The WIT. This year the winner will be announced on the 13th of October on MIPCOM Online+.
The aim of this historical award is to recognize Japanese content as one of the most successful Asian products and to gain appreciation for it by spreading its quality all over the globe to enlarge more people’s interest in different cultures. Enjoying a different and new drama style will always help diversify the content industry. The jury members are buyers from all over the world.

In support of the United Nations, and in line with the Decade of Action for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), MIPCOM is launching the annual MIPCOM SDG Award to honour media companies for their action and contribution to delivering the Sustainable Development Goals.
Sky Group Chief Executive Jeremy Darroch will receive the first MIP SDG Award for Climate Action and Protection of the Oceans in recognition of Sky Group’s track record in setting the highest standards in sustainability and action on environmental issues.
