The Variety Vanguard Award recognises television industry leaders who have made a significant contribution to the global business of entertainment and is presented in partnership with MIPCOM CANNES each October in the Palais des Festivals. 

This year we are delighted to be recognising the achievements of Marco Bassetti, CEO of content powerhouse, Banijay Entertainment, the world’s largest independent production and distribution group, and of burgeoning live events business, Banijay Live.
